App: any mobile software developed and distributed by the Studio through the App Store (Apple) and Google Play (Android).

Please read carefully. These terms govern the use of applications developed by NxtLevel.

Acceptance of Terms
Using the App implies acceptance of these Terms. If you disagree, do not install or use the App.

License to Use
We grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on compatible devices, subject to platform rules.

Eligibility
By using the App you declare you have legal capacity; minors must obtain guardian consent.

Account, Data and Privacy
If an account exists, keep credentials safe. See our Privacy Policy for details on data collection, use and deletion.

Payments and In-App Purchases
Transactions are processed by the App Store/Google Play and follow their policies (including refunds).

Updates and Compatibility
We may release updates that change features or minimum requirements; keep your device compatible.

User Content
You warrant rights over submitted materials and must not publish illegal or infringing content. We may remove violating content.

All rights related to the App and Studio content remain with us or licensors; copying or redistributing without permission is prohibited.

Do not use the App for illegal activities, fraud, reverse engineering or bypassing payment mechanisms.

The App may integrate third-party services (analytics, ads). Those services have their own policies.

The App follows store requirements at publication; User agrees to respect platform rules.
